Description:
The support@… email address on the Contributor Handbook landing page is displayed as plain text, while the same email address is a clickable mailto: link on the Community Code of Conduct page. This results in inconsistent behavior within the handbook.

Steps to Reproduce:
Visit ​https://make.wordpress.org/handbook/.
Locate the support@… email address.
Visit ​https://make.wordpress.org/handbook/community-code-of-conduct/.
Compare the same email address.

Expected Result:
The email address should be a clickable mailto: link, consistent with other handbook pages.

Actual Result:
The email address is displayed as plain text on the Contributor Handbook landing page.
