Blog archive entries do not provide any navigation to the full article

Description
The blog archive page displays post titles, excerpts, and publication dates, but none of the displayed elements provide navigation to the corresponding blog post.
The post titles are not clickable, there is no "Read More" or "Continue Reading" link/button, and the excerpts are truncated with an ellipsis (...). As a result, users have no way to access the complete article from the archive page.
Steps to Reproduce
Visit https://events.wordpress.org/valencia/2026/wpday-ai/blog/
Observe the list of blog posts.
Try clicking the post title.
Look for a "Read More" or similar link.
Try to find any other element that navigates to the full article.
Actual Result
Post titles are not clickable.
Excerpts are truncated with an ellipsis (...).
No "Read More" or equivalent link/button is available.
There is no apparent way to open the full blog post from the archive page.
Expected Result
Each blog entry should provide a clear way to access the complete article, for example:
Clickable post title.
"Read More" / "Continue Reading" link or button.
Entire card made clickable.
