Some theme preview thumbnails display local_rate_limited instead of the website preview on the Commercially Supported GPL Themes page

Steps to Reproduce:

Visit ​https://wordpress.org/themes/commercial/
Scroll through the list of Commercially Supported GPL Theme providers.
Observe the preview thumbnails of the theme cards.

Expected Result:
Each theme card should display a preview thumbnail of the corresponding website.

Actual Result:
Some theme cards fail to render the preview thumbnail and instead display the text local_rate_limited in the top-left corner of the thumbnail area rather than the expected website preview, while other theme cards on the same page display their preview thumbnails correctly.

Closing as fixed. Looks like Shopify rate-limits mShot requests. I ended up fixing it by replacing mshot with static images for these six theme shops.

@coffee2code Not sure if these shops still adhere to the "Distribute 100% GPL themes, including artwork and CSS." guideline?

@obenland Thanks for this. I reviewed the sites you listed. Only one was removed for no longer adhering to the 100% GPL compatible licensing requirement. Two others were removed for no longer meeting the requirements of having an explicit licensing statement and a delineated support policy.

Three or four of them (including two I already mentioned handling) are likely owned by the same company/person and would run afoul of the one-entry-per-company rule (which at present isn't explicitly stated).

Also, consideration should also be made with regards to requiring theme shops to actually use WordPress to power their site.

Let me know if you have any concrete concerns about any of the remaining theme shops in terms of requirements compliance.
