Profile page renders only the header and no profile content for "florimyrta"

While browsing profiles from the WordPress.org Jobs section, I came across the following WordPress.org profile:

When I opened the profile, I noticed that it appeared to be rendering incorrectly.

The page loads successfully, and the avatar and username are displayed, but none of the usual profile content is rendered (e.g. activity, contribution history, badges, member information, or other profile sections). The page is essentially empty below the header.

Steps to reproduce
Visit ​https://profiles.wordpress.org/florimyrta/
Observe the rendered profile.
Expected result

The profile should display the standard WordPress.org profile layout and sections, even if the user has little or no contribution history.

Actual result

Only the profile header (avatar and username) is displayed. The remainder of the page is blank.

Testing performed
Tested in multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, and Edge).
Tested in private/incognito mode.
Tested on different devices.
Tested from different networks, including a VPS.
Verified using Google PageSpeed Insights, where the generated page preview also shows the same empty profile.

Based on these tests, this does not appear to be related to the browser, device, cache, or network. It appears to be an issue specific to this profile.

Thanks so much for the clarification! I thought it was an active account because I found the profile through the Jobs section. I didn't realize moderated accounts could still appear there, so I assumed the profile was broken. Thanks again for explaining!
