One-click PTE assignment for verified plugin/theme authors

Currently, GTEs have to navigate to the settings, search for the author's username, and assign PTE permissions for each project.

Please add an option that automatically resolve all projects authored, co-authored and future projects a developer has.

This allows GTEs to have the chance to verify the quality and will reduce (unnecessary) PTE requests.
