Description

Ok, this is not my first patch but it's my first rosetta patch, so please test it and send me some feedback!

What I was trying to fix is the titles is pages.

In posts the title is above the content:
https://he.wordpress.org/2014/12/18/%D7%95%D7%95%D7%A8%D7%93%D7%A4%D7%A8%D7%A1-4-1-%D7%91%D7%A2%D7%91%D7%A8%D7%99%D7%AA/

But in pages the title inside the content:
https://he.wordpress.org/about/

My patch is trying give it the same look and feel.

the second patch uses wp.org headlines, not the rosetta titles.

Mush better, this way, changing wp.org css will effect all the local sites.
