• Don't do blanket fix of htmlentities() which messed up more than it fixed.
• Not quite sure of examples of what it originally intended to fix, but added special fix for ​https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/get_extended/ which benefitted from the handling just removed.

Fixes #1131.
