This is an old plugin of mine which hasn't been updated in two years. The screenshots are served over HTTP from s-plugins.wordpress.org.
Anything that can be done about this without requiring an update to the plugin?

Any update to the SVN would trigger the rebuild and move the screenshot URLs into the ps.w.org CDN space. It does not have to be a version update, any SVN commit of any kind would do.
I've manually given it a kick for you though.
