Phantom fuzzy strings in contributors table

Description

The contributors table on ​https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/ru/default/wp/dev says I have 3 fuzzy strings.

I've checked all the subprojects, and there are no fuzzy strings there.

Shouldn't this number be zero if all the fuzzy strings have been edited or approved?

@ocean90: Unless I'm missing something, there should be an AND in the first query, and there's an extra AND in the second one: meta-1663.patch​.

[2954] didn't fix the issue, the fuzzy strings are back after [2961]. Any chance to know which project they are from?
