Migrating from #wp22242:
The trac installs use the credentials from wordpress.org.
However, after you log in, you need to set your email address manually to get notifications from trac.
I think we'd have a lot less tickets with 'reporter-feedback' hanging around if the email address was automatically populated after a user first logged into trac.

It should be noted that previously, a user without an email address configured would be told to add one when they create a ticket, and they'd also be told when a ticket they opened is marked as reporter-feedback.
