Description

Add an X button and cookie check to hide the welcome message for repeat visitors.

Maybe make the cookie a hash of the content, so it re-shows if the content has changed?

That's a good idea. I hadn't considered it.

Breathe: Make the Welcome message dismissable.

It will re-appear if the content is changed, so folks will see updates.
