Impossible to translate some strings because they are hardcoded.

Hi Alisson, thanks for the patch! Unfortunately this is a wontfix, because those strings were intentionally not internationalized. That shortcode ​lives on central.wordcamp.org's front end, which is always in English.

We definitely want to internationalize everything in the year.city.wordcamp.org sites, but there's no benefit to localizing things that only live on central.wordcamp.org, or in the network admin.
