Making Plugin icons clickable in user profiles

In wporg profiles, icon of plugins should be clickable, just like theme screenshots are for themes. It's simple and more people are used to clicking on images as they are easy to click on, fitting Fitts's law (no pun intended).

Wanted to post a diff, but the profiles theme isn't open-sourced so bad luck.
