zh_HK is not listed on translate.wordpress.org

The Chinese (Hong Kong) locale is not listed on ​http://translate.wordpress.org

The locale does exist (​https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/zh-hk/default/wp/dev) and I could load it from ​http://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams but it had no translation sets until a couple of minutes ago when I created them for 4.6, Rosetta, Theme and Plugin directories.

That didn't help with zh_HK being displayed among the other locales on ​http://translate.wordpress.org though, still missing (Screenshot: ​https://cloudup.com/cFhyJ1gi3La)

Sounds like a caching issue, I see zh_HK in the list now: meta-1931.PNG​.

@SergeyBiryukov Makes sense. I tried deleting cache after creating the translation sets but I guess it takes a bit longer.
