Forums home page title in breadcrumbs should be translatable

Support Forums should be translatable, but I could not find the string neither in GlotPress nor in the theme files.

The text is taken from the title of the page designated as the page_on_front page.

The page in question has the title of "Support Forums".

Right, so #1939 should coincide with the forums page title also so that can be inherited through to the breadcrumbs

The current breadcrumb needs to be improved I think:

• The title of the front page is "Support Forums" but ​https://wordpress.org/support/ has only "Forums" in #headline.
• On ​https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ the breadcrumb is "Support Forums › Forums".
• On a view like ​https://wordpress.org/support/view/support-forum-mu/ the breadcrumb is "Support Forums › Forums › Non-support topics"
• ​https://wordpress.org/support/forum/installation/ doesn't have a breadcrumb, #1974.

The current ​mockups are using "Support" in #headline and "Support Forums" on the homepage.

What do you think about using "Support › Forums › … " for the breadcrumb?

Forums Theme: Change site header title form 'Forums' to 'Support'.

This implements a change proposed in the latest mockups for the new support forums theme. It also brings some consistent context to breadcrumbs.

Also remove unnecessary breadcrumb from /support/forums/.
