Plugin Directory Theme: Remove hover underline from arrows in links

Description

Many of the links include a little arrow icon. On hover the arrow also has an underline, but should not. It looks odd like this. Let's remove it.

Plugin Directory Theme: Making 'read more' and other links consistent.

Some links showed an underline on hover, others weren't, so I made them all consistent and kept the underline. But I didn't want the underline to extend under the arrow icon next to specific links either, so I worked that better.
