Description
We used to show personal URLs on the forums. If you'd been around 'enough' then your URLs would show. Many plugin developers used this as a promotion of sorts. Anyway, some have complained. We should consider if we want to display this.
We do show them on the profile pages, but not on the individual posts.

wontfixthis.For one, if you're complaining about this it is likely because you were using it in some form of self promotion, but honestly it makes it harder to follow people home for whatever reason because of that one extra step. I feel like we've seen less of this happening to moderators and that alone is a great reason to leave it as it is now.
