Remove top border from single posts on new O2 Handbooks

Description

The handbooks display a top border with additional padding and margin that makes the post/article alignment weird. If we remove this border and margin and padding, it aligns better with the sidebar nav.

In 4694:

o2 Handbooks: Memoved top border from single posts.

The handbooks had an odd top border to the single pages. I've removed that border along with the extra padding and margins. It aligns better with the sidebar nav now.
