Rosetta: When adding someone as a PTE, exact matches should come first

When adding someone as a PTE for Contact Form 7, the plugin is not on the first page of results. I think exact matches should come first.

Hmm, not sure if it works as expected then, the screenshot looks like a simple alphabetical sorting (just checked again).
