Description

This string was imported with ampersand encoded as an HTML entity:

Restores the ability to upload audio & video files in recent minor WordPress updates.

In the file, it's just a regular ampersand.

The readme file doesn't get imported, it's the HTML version of the readme which is why the encoded ampersand is correct here.
