Support Forums: Expose and enhance global plugin author views

Background: Slack discussion.
There are a couple of "hidden" support forum views for plugin authors and contributors:

AFAIK, they are not exposed anywhere in the UI at the moment.
Suggestions:
- Add these links to the author view in the plugin directory (though at the moment it's not exposed anywhere either, see #2624).
- Add some more views:
- Only support topics (excluding reviews)
- Only active topics
- Only unresolved topics
- Only reviews

Note that these links are not new, we've discussed them before:
https://make.wordpress.org/plugins/2015/02/26/plugin-support-notifications/
But exposing them and making a nicer UX to find them is good.
