Plugin Directory: Changelogs not updating on Rosetta plugin directories

Apparently readme translations stopped being deployed as well:

• ​https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/asgaros-forum/#changelog lists 1.4.4 as the latest version.

On the latter page, Added: Avatars to widgets string is displayed in English (along with a few others), even though it was ​translated a month ago, and ​the project is at 100%.

In 5440:

Plugin Directory: Add missing value for the $master_project property of Plugin_I18n.

The missing value caused Plugin_I18n::cache_key() returning a wrong cache key which means the cache was never purged by translate.w.org.

May be related:

When my profile is set to British English, and then click on the "View version 6.6 details" link for Jetpack, the thickbox iframe shows 6.6 in the sidebar, but the changelog notes only show 6.5.

When I switch my profile language back to English (US), the 6.6 change log notes appear. Switching it back to British English, and I can only see the 6.5 notes again.

The other updates I have available show their latest version; only the Jetpack plugin is affected here.
