Remove the noodp header from header.php

Description

the overall header.php has this line (it's line 10 in the meta environment, probably the same):

<meta name="robots" content="noodp">

As noodp was used for the DMOZ description, and noodp is ​no longer supported by Google, we should remove it, as it might potentially block other robots directives from working.
