Description

Dm to @bethannon1 when a new user joins the Slack #forums channel.

Email ping to bethannon1@… when a .org forum user goes over 100 replies, ideally when these are replies to topics they did not create. This email should include the user's email account and Slack username if one exists.

Just for clarification: these pings are to assist with the Support Team efforts in getting better at recognizing new volunteers and welcoming them to the channel.

AFAIK this isn't really possible, but also doesn't seem ideal at all.

This is probably better off handled by #2214
