Support Forums: "Search forums" should search forums only, not the whole of WP.org

When I try to search the using the support forums search, I only seem to get plugins and make/core posts…
It’s searching all of .org

We should be able to limit the search to ​https://wordpress.org/support/, like we did for plugin and theme forums in [5162] and [5163] for #7.

We do have a tab for Support Forums on the search page, perhaps showing the content of this as the default when coming from the support URL might be the thing?

I just tested the search, and it does now use the support forums results tab as default.

With that in mind, I'm going to close out this ticket, and instead suggest we focus on #3388 for any future improvements.
