Rename or remove old translation projects

Now that v3 of the Plugin Directory is live:

  • ​plugins project should be removed or at least renamed to "WordPress Plugin Directory (Deprecated)" / plugins-old, same as ​forums-old.
  • ​plugins-v3 project should be renamed to plugins.

​forums-old could probably be removed, but #2496 is a blocker for that.

The current state creates confusion and results in wasted translation efforts, see #3057.

Looks like I already renamed the project. I have no intention of deleting any projects/translations, the projects only get marked as inactive.

Looks like I already renamed the project.

I still think we should:

  1. Rename plugins to plugins-old (for consistency with forums-old)
  2. Rename plugins-v3 to plugins (for consistency with themes).
  3. Rename WordPress Plugin Directory v3 to just WordPress Plugin Directory.

There won't be a v4 anytime soon, so having a version number here seems inconsistent with other projects.
