Unable to "Follow" or "Unfollow" Make Handbook pages

Since the switch to the O2 theme for the Make Handbooks the ability to "follow" or "unfollow" a page is no longer possible.

I'm currently following ​https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/testing/automated-testing/phpunit/ and when changes are made an email arrives highlighting the change:

  • https://cldup.com/cijJcgVrJj.png

Currently I cannot "unfollow" that page, nor can I "follow" any new pages I'm not yet following, e.g ​https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/testing/automated-testing/writing-phpunit-tests
