Hi guys, can someone please change the username / url for our profile.
We purchased the previous company which was rebootdigital but dont want it showing anything with that name but cannot update

Sorry, but no. Usernames cannot be changed, and the slug comes from the username.
You would need to create a new account and switch any associated plugins or similar to that account instead.
