Translation of the site WordPress.org

It would be very useful to translate the WordPress.org website into other languages via GlotPress. Also make a complete navigation menu (at the top) on the Russian site ([ru.WordPress.org]).

1. Which parts of the WordPress.org site you would like to translate via GlotPress? Plugin and theme directories, as well as some other projects, can be translated here: ​https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/ru/default/meta.
2. What do you mean by a complete navigation menu? ​https://ru.wordpress.org/ already has a navigation menu that's consistent with other Rosetta sites, see #1201.

And at least interfaces (articles - not necessarily) such as:

But I do not have time to do this translation (and in the near future). This I just offered(maybe someone will decide to translate).

Localized sites are not an exact replica of the main wordpress.org site. I think there is value in at least some sort of individuality. Instead of creating translations for existing wordpress.org pages, international sites can create their own, catering to the specific need of their locale.
