Support drop down in header is cut off

Description

When you go to the Plugins (or Theme) directory, if you hover over the Support menu item, it gets cut off so you can just see the drop down but none of the links inside it. I checked on all the other top level pages in the header menu and it seems to just be the Plugins/Themes section.
