FAQ links cause a file download dialog with mediawiki blurb within

Links across the Codex pointing to ​https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ cause a download to be started which contains the default MediaWiki FAQ blurb pointing to ​https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:FAQ.
