Room name disappears on mobile version of WordCamp schedules

When our WordCamp schedule is viewed on mobile, the room number isn't responsive and doesn't display for each block as it should.

Yes, that thead of the table is set to hide in mobile device as it's not possible to show top head data in each row column as per your thought. so if you want to show header row then it will displayed like attached image.

#353 has the background info the how the current shortcode was made responsive.

There's some work on a new Grid-based layout in #3117, and that sounds like a good opportunity to fix this as well.
