Description
In #3849, blockquote styling in wporg-support theme was updated for better readability.
The same should probably be done across other WordPress.org themes using previous styling for consistency:
wporgwporg-learnwporg-mainwporg-pluginswporg-themes

Updates to the wporg should address all the other themes since they import from wporg. Deployment will require a rebuild of all the themes listed in description.
