Install isn't a noun

"Install" is still not a noun.

The phrase Active Installs: is shown in the sidebar when viewing a theme in the theme directory, for example on https://wordpress.org/themes/twentynineteen/.

This should be replaced with Active Installations:.

Install is a noun. So is "installs". Use better dictionaries.
