E.g., the title for ​https://wordpress.org/support/topic/bug-align-center/page/2/ should be "Bug Align Center - page 2 of 2 | WordPress.org".

To simplify things, the recommended title syntax was implemented without the "of X" segment meant to indicate the total number of possible pages. The page referenced in the ticket now has a title of "Bug Align Center - page 2 | WordPress.org".

Note that the page number is now appended to any paginated page (forum's pages of topics, topic's pages of replies, etc).
