Slack username seems no longer unique

Description
Starting from a profile like https://profiles.wordpress.org/imatoni/ it indicates that the user is '@Phil on Slack'. But on Slack there are currently 4 different @Phil.
Starting a DM with each of them will indicate 'This is the very beginning of your direct message history with @Phil'
I suppose this is due to Slack now using 'member IDs' like UCGDDDSBA or U5C0WNDJM.
Proposals:
1) add the member ID next to the slack alias.
2) add the direct DM link (https://wordpress.slack.com/messages/UCGDDDSBA/ or https://wordpress.slack.com/messages/U5C0WNDJM)
Attachments (1)
Change History (2)
