Update screenshots for WordPress 3.9

The random screenshots on wordpress.org should be updated. ​http://s.w.org/screenshots/3.8/dashboard.png for examples still shows version 3.8.

3.9 didn't have any new screenshots to be added.

We don't update those for every version. There were no updates between 3.5 and 3.8, for example.

It's nice for the dashboard screenshot to reflect the current version.

Yeah, I should make my ticket clearer, I meant the version number on the screenshot.

Considering most people aren't looking at the URL of the screenshot, I'm not sure that updating the version number without actual changes to be made to the images is at all valid.

We'll need a replacement image for that then. Note that the size/scale needs to be the same as that one and that that also has a transparent border around three of the edges.

I believe MT made these for 3.8, but I might be mistaken.

Something like this? I just changed the version number (3.9.1) in Photoshop, so the image scale is unchanged.
