Update 'Tickets requesting UI or UX feedback' report name to 'Tickets requesting design feedback'

Hello,

With ui-feedback/ux-feedback now merged as needs-design-feedback it's report name should be updated from Tickets requesting UI or UX feedback to Tickets requesting design feedback.

*Am wondering if the URL should also change.

I couldn't find the string in the meta repo but am happy to write a patch if someone can poitn me in the right direction.

I've updated the text - It's in this page: ​https://make.wordpress.org/core/reports/

Editing that page with Gutenberg will strip out all of the <span>s containing the dashicons and remove a bunch of other things though, so must be done through the classic editor at present.

Changing the URL can be done, but will require a systems request first to add the URI, as it's an internal redirect of /tickets/ux-feedback => /report/35.
Does anyone feel strongly enough to get the URL updated?

As it's almost been a year I don't see any strong feelings so let's close this as fixed.
