Wrong HelpHub URLs on Serbian Rosetta

Description
Serbian team started working on translating HelpHub to our own rosetta site. We are not able to replicate URL from English version.
Original URL is
https://wordpress.org/support/article/<article-title>
What we have is
https://sr.wordpress.org/article/<article-title>
On English version, HelpHub is part of forums while on Serbian rosetta HelpHub and forums are completely different WordPress installations. I don't know how it is on Japanese rosetta but I noticed they have correct URLs.
Getting started category URL:
Original: https://wordpress.org/support/category/getting-started/
Japan: https://ja.wordpress.org/support/category/getting-started/
Serbian: https://sr.wordpress.org/category/getting-started/
This is how our dashboard looks like:
Marked area is HelpHub and it's the same as in English, but when we create article it's missing support part from URL:

Is there something we're doing wrong and how can we fix it?
Unfortunately the plugin was also active on https://sr.wordpress.org/. You have to use https://sr.wordpress.org/support/wp-admin/ for HelpHub content.
