HelpHub contents search on Rosetta site is missing

Description
HelpHub contents can be searched on the English site, using the "Search WordPress.org" box on the top right section of all pages. On the other hand, we currently don't have a way to properly search for translations of HelpHub contents.
- There is no equivalent site-wide search box for Rosetta sites.
- Query string search https://ja.wordpress.org/support/?s=WordPress gives you a search results page without formatting.
If it possible for Rosetta sites to have the same search system as wordpress.org?

@netweb Actually #3973 refers to the search on English site, and it looks to be working fine now.
The issue I'm reporting here is specific to non-English HelpHub docs, such as https://ja.wordpress.org/support/ and https://ru.wordpress.org/support/ .
How feasible it is to add Google custom search on each of Rosetta site?
