I reported earlier about a page that is linked to wordpress.org https://storycopper.top/product/dewalt-20v-max-combo-kit-
I also spoke of another site that also is linked that I made a purchase from and after they processed my card and deducted the money from my account I never got my purchases I did get a receipt that has a false email. And the card processing company email is false as well. So someone here owes me some money. I have turned this overto my bank with copy's of everything including this report. so someone needs to get in contact with me. before I go further with full fraud case against the whole of WordPress.org thank you

This is the place for reporting issues, and making enhancement suggestions for the WordPress.org ecosystem.
Your problem is with a third party site which has no relation to WordPress, but makes use of the WordPress software for their website.
WordPress is open source software, made freely available, and users may download it, use it, and even modify it as they them selves wish.
In light of this, there is no control over external sites by WordPress as a software provider, and you will have to take any payment disputes up with your payment issuer (your bank, creditcard provider or similar).
