Flag translation suggestions as low quality

Description

It would be nice if we could flag translation suggestions from translation memory as low quality or faulty. Sometimes I see strings suggested on translate.wordpress.org which are completely wrong. There is no easy way block them from appearing again? Otherwise translators will keep using them.

Ideas?

Could you let us know the string(s) in question next time you see it? It'd help in digging into the data to see a) why it's being suggested b) if it should realistically be suggested and c) if there is a common thread to the why in it's existence.

My understanding is that they should only come up if they've been suggested for a similar string before (and perhaps was rejected by another editor? Or maybe it's in use elsewhere it shouldn't, etc), but it could also be due to how the memory works being too over-eager in matching (which we'd need an example to check).

To clarify, it's not a suggestion but an approved string.

Exacly. There are strings which contains spelling errors and are approved in plugins/themes. GTEs are most of the time strict and will correct them before approving them, but since more and more plugin/theme authors become PTE and approve their own translations, the translation memory contains a lot of bad ones.

Here is een example:

https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/wedevs-project-manager/dev/nl/default/?filters%5Bstatus%5D=either&filters%5Boriginal_id%5D=6298386&filters%5Btranslation_id%5D=57362328

"Email" isn't proper spelling in Dutch. So I would flag that one is bad. However it gets 100% score.

The string @psmits1567 pointed out is showing wrong suggestions for Japanese.
https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/acymailing/stable/ja/default/?filters%5Boriginal_id%5D=9079396

[100%] アップデート (this is fine)
[100%] 更新日 ("Updated date") ❌
[100%] 更新 (this is fine)
[100%] 更新 (same as above but with a trailing space) ❌
[100%] 変更を保存 ("Save changes") ❌
[100%] 更新する (this is fine, verb version of the word)

It'd be ideal if I can report the ones marked ❌ as "low quality".

Also, for the above link, there is no diff displayed below the suggestions either.

Heres' an example that shows suggestions with diffs.
