We cannot delete it, as @shioban would be sad.

We need to lock it to read-only, so no one can make any new posts. Would changing it into a Category work?

There used to be a plugin by _ck_ called 'Hidden Forums' which I think would work, but @jjj removed/hid all the old plugins.

Hidden Forums result in really bad queries, especially in bbPress 2.x. So let's try to avoid that as a solution. Read-only is fine, and we can likely hide it from the front page as well using a simple plugin.

Do we have a bbPress 1.x read-only plugin? I was trying to find one, but J-Trip done hide 'em all :D
