WordPress.org: Split the translated post titles for the About page. We use 'About Us: Our Mission' in the <title> but expect it to be About in other titles.

But the Download link is now missing.

Actually it's not.. but it is being displayed incorrectly.. It's never supposed to be a link, but rather a button on the far right.

But there is some weirdness happening here, on the download page the Theme Directory is being promoted to the button for some reason.

Unfortunately since we allow locales to manage the menu, it's never consistent, but locales don't like the idea of having control over the menu being removed - #1201

In 10275:

Rosetta: Prevent custom_links menu items being upgraded to the 'Get WordPress' button when they appear in the menu before the download link.

This was causing the Pirate translation site to have a Downloads menu item and a downloads button that pointed to the Theme Directory.
