Sessions shortcode should allow linking to speaker bio page

The [sessions] shortcode currently allows you to link speaker names either to the speaker's WordPress.org profile, or the #wcorg-speaker-name anchor on your speakers page.

I propose that we add a parameter that allows them to be linked directly to the speaker's bio on the WordCamp site itself. Not all speakers have wordpress.org profiles, and linking to the anchor be confusing if the menu (for example) is position: fixed.

meta-546.diff​ adds 'permalink' as a speaker_link option, which mirrors the schedule's shortcode settings- links the speaker directly to the speaker page.
