Description
As the brief says :) If people want good rollbacks, we gotta dump trunk. So let's start by NOT telling them "Yeah, it's totes okay to use trunk!" and instead push the "Make your stable tag and version label match please and thank you"

I did a bit of a language clean up on that file, making the examples of Markdown more clear it's an example section, removing duplicated comments, etc.
