Description
Good Day!
Currently, WordPress (WP) users can subscribe/unsubscribe from forum topics but only one at a time.
It would be great if WP could implement a bulk action feature to unsubscribe or re-subscribe to forum topics. The appropriate location to add the bulk action feature appears to be: WP Login > Subscriptions
Thank you!

All,
So there's no confusion, below is what we had in mind: (very similar to the bulk actions feature offered for the Plugins section of WP)
Screenshot (see below as well): https://ibb.co/zrDDGtk
Does this proposed change affect BBPress' or WordPress' code?
Thank you, guys!

Yep, that's almost entirely the bbPress Subscription management screen (Threads, Forums), although it's got some hooks in it to add extra sections - which WordPress.org has added (Plugin, Theme, and mailing list sections are not bbPress)
In all honesty, WordPress.org probably needs to diverge a bit from the core bbPress subscription page and add our own to control all of the locations emails are sent from, but I feel a bulk unsubscribe option here would benefit bbPress core regardless.

- Priority changed from normal to high
This came up during the bug scrub last week, we decided to bump the priority since this is still very relevant.
This seems like a good idea, but something that would be implemented upstream in bbPress itself, rather than just on WordPress.org (although maybe we'd do it here first)
