Can you post that here as an attachment instead of on github? If we're discussing it here, then I'd like the content to be here, so that we can see it even when Github goes down.

Also, for those cases where you're proposing changes to the "static" content of the site, a diff of the HTML works just fine to post here too. Until we open-source-all-the-things, I can work with diffs on those mostly unchanging pages. :)

I converted Mika's HTML file to a diff against the production file, and fixed a few minor typos/markup errors/etc.

The patch works and is fine. Before this goes in, is this a good idea? That's the debate I want to see. Any disagreements with the specifics?

Implemented.
The Developer FAQ has been changed to add a new "Questions about Submissions and Approval" section with six questions, as well as some various minor tweaks.
