Create Ability To Sort Plugin Directory

Please create the ability to sort the WordPress Plugin Directory to show “Compatible with your version of WordPress” plugins all together in one place at first of search results list, and all of the “Untested with your version of WordPress” plugins at the end of the search results list, or vice versa for that matter. And be able to sort by the most recently updated plugins too.

The compatibility info is largely based off self reported, and thus inaccurate. Sorting by inaccurate info is unhelpful to the user.
