Moving a repo (Canonical plugin) to the WordPress GitHub

Description

A few weeks ago I created a plugin ​WPSustainable from the Hosting team, and after discussing it in a couple of meetings it has been decided that this plugin will become a Canonical plugin of the team.

There is currently a ​GitHub repo from where it has been created, and the idea is that this repo is within the WordPress organization.
